Lulu Hayes ships orders worldwide from our studio in London. All orders within the UK will take the standard 3-5 working days (this does not include weekends or bank holidays). All international orders will take longer depending on location.
All shipments are made with Royal Mail, you will receive a tracking number once the item has been dispatched.
Lulu Hayes offers free shipping on all orders over £100 (not including international deliveries).

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. Any weekend enquiries will be responded to on Monday. Any orders placed will be shipped the following business day
While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied we will offer you a full refund or exchange. In order to receive a guaranteed refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached, in the original packaging and you must contact us by emailing us on email@example.com. We can only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are returned to us within 7 days of receipt within the UK and 14 days of international receipt. Returned parcels are on average refunded within 14 days of posting, however in the event of a delay in receiving the product(s) this may take up to a maximum of 28 days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Any items returned from a delivery address outside of the UK will incur any taxes, import duties or shipping charges that apply.
Please ship to: Lulu Hayes, 47 Tournay Road, London, SW67UQ. All returns must require a signature. All returns must include your full name, order number and reason for return. Please include the returns slip provided.
PLEASE NOTE: ‘Unworn and in perfect condition’ means that there are no marks on the item or any damage to the item. We will not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Lulu Hayes is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
Due to the delicate nature of all our silk fabrics we advise all garments should be dry clean only.
